Airquick provides clients with a range of service levels that are designed to prevent major downtime and disruption to your operational schedules.

Just as our equipment is made bespoke to our customers requirements all our inclusive maintenance packages are adapted and tailored to client requirements.

Our highly experienced operatives work throughout the UK providing technical supervision to ensure a fast and effective solution from start to finish with the principal objective of restoring your equipment to operational condition.

Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) contracts are usually offered for attendance on a Monthly, quarterly, 6 monthly or annual basis. This is dependent on the client’s/equipment’s requirements. Alongside this we can offer an additional reactive maintenance option to cover callout requirements 24/7 if requested.

Reactive maintenance for rail depot plant and equipment.
PPM – Fuelling systems.
PPM – Leak detection equipment.
PPM – Oil distribution and recovery systems.
PPM – Coolant mixing, distribution and recovery systems.
PPM – De-icing mixing/distribution systems.
PPM – CET systems, fixed and mobile.
PPM – Tanking and flushing water distribution systems.
PPM – Collection sump pumping systems.
PPM – Carriage wash machines.
PPM – Shunting vehicle, bogie-lifting tables, train lifting systems and bogie height adjustment station equipment.

We also do the below, but this is carried out by contractors for us.

PPM – Fire hydrant testing.
PPM – Interceptor maintenance.
PPM – Fuel meter calibration.
